The advent of flying cars spawned many gas stations like Phil’s. Hastily build on top of the tallest buildings with an abundance of glowing signage, they overlooked cloudscapes for decades. Many saw them as eyesores, but there was a certain charm to their retro aesthetics. Once electric cars took over these stations became deserted, now they remain lonely beacons of the past, cruising through the stratosphere.
