- Dynamic LOD management
- Dynamic masking, to remove fur from specific areas at runtime through stackable masks
- UV based decals and emissive UV based decals for even more control over the fur.
- GPU accelerated fur physics simulation on all platforms, even mobile.
- Touch bending interaction with up to 8 sphere colliders per-model
- Snow coverage / melting simulation
- Other visual FX such as rain and blood are also supported
- Fur painting, editing, shaving and grooming supported at runtime through an easy to use API for coders
- Use particle systems to modify the fur’s color, length and other properties or to dynamically add rain / snow effects at runtime without any coding skills.
- Basic fur editing at runtime can be done through 3D brush objects, easy to integrate with gameplay, with no coding required.
- Full source code included and heavily commented.
Motion Vectors allow the fur to render without glitches nor ghosting when used together with motion based effects, such as Temporal Anti-aliasing or motion blur. In older Unity versions and in the Legacy Rendering Pipeline the fur may show some visual artifacts when used with motion-based effects.
Alpha / Beta versions and features of Unity are not supported. The use of LTS versions of Unity is highly recommended.
