This pack contains 31 HDRI (8k resolution textures, 32 BIT) designed to create mountains, grasslands, lakes, winter, desert PANORAMAS (360 backgrounds) for you scene.
The pack comes with 15 Example Maps. So, all you have to do is to open an existing level and replace the HDR texture/cube map with one of the 31 HDRs from this pack and everything will work out of the box.
The HDRIs (Cubemaps) from this pack, can also be used to create beautiful and interesting lighting into your scene. In this case, the Cubemaps have to be used with the Sky Light (instead of using Real Time skylight, You can turn off Real Time Capture and replace it with one of the Cubemaps from this pack). This is a very simple and efficient way to create customized and interesting beautiful lighting setups in UE5.
In order to use this pack, You will have to enable the FREE plugin HDRIBackdrop. The plugin is created by Epic and it is already installed in UE5, so all you have to do is to go to Edit/Plugins – search for it and tick Enable.
