This project consists in a single component and many other blueprints designed to be a basic melee combat system. Attack combos and sequences can be easily added. Works with both player and AI.
Ideal for martial art games that features a simple melee combat system, or for quick prototyping more complex systems.
The main component handles:
- Attack sequences
- Attack patterns (Combo Finishers)
- Auto Adjust Attack Location
- Free Flow Combat Movement
- Enemy Targeting (Input Direction and Nearest)
- Lock On
- Dodging
- Blocking
- Get Up From Ragdoll
- Support for Directional Counters and Finishers(For UE5 and above).
- Change Animations Sets (Fighting Styles) in Run Time
- Melee Weapons Support
The project also includes:
- Blueprint Animation Notifies for Damage, I-frames, etc.
- Demonstration AI (Target Only Player or Target Any Character, Including Other AI)
